When someone says they love life, what do they mean?
That they love life generally?
That they had an experience of a thing that was very good and they don’t want to forget it?
Or, that life could never be bad, somehow, even when it is?
Is it possible to look at life, to see its basic pattern, its basic flow, and to see that it is good?
To track down into its virtually unchanging essence, and, even though we can only ever see something partial, still, to see the whole thing?
